The residential terraced building presented evident signs of facade’s decline in the front element; the opportunity to reorganize the situation has brought to the techno-economic evaluation to work a radical intervention of building renovation, by a general revision of the building envelope and a plant building integration that have allowed to certify the building as class B according to the provincial standard of Trentino.
