REQUALIFICATION AND VALORIZATION MIRALAGO’S ARCHITECTURAL COMPENDIUM AT RIVA DEL GARDA The project intends to enhance the tourist vocation connected at the outdoor and indoor sports world integrating the sport structures into an urban park at the service of the city and his residents; contemporaneously the mobility and infrastructural aspects of the area brought to propose for the intervention area the realization of a great auto workshop for tourist buses and public service, connected at the project’s practicability also by the burial of Rovereto’s boulevard in the adjacent lot. The presence of the park can extend up to the urban fabric at the city part, while the urbanization can extend towards the lake at the infrastructures’ part. A big building tower, that houses a sport climbing route, becomes a new landmark in the waterfront skyline of Riva del Garda.
