The project of a residential compendium on the lot, cleared from the preexistings, rotates around the redefinition of a building typology able to conciliate the residential and real estate necessity with the creation of public spaces and of relation at the first floor. The rescue of street forniture elements and already stabilized itinerary in the imaginary of Arco is interlaced with the garden’s element vertically revisited on the buildings’ urban fronts. The volumes and views’ disposition research the maximum solar exposure, while the typology of the building tower allows to optimize the communal and vertical access spaces inside the two residential buildings, freeing ground space for a little square covered in part, on which expose the commercial and directional units; the horizontal gardens sorround the residential complex and act as a filter towards the consolidated city.
