PALAZZO CONTE RAMPONI

The Palazzo Conte Ramponi overlooks the square of the historic center of Magras, a village between the Val di Sole and the Val di Rabbi. The building, which houses a well-known restaurant inside, is part of an ancient residence that dates back to the first half of the 16th century and is bound by artistic protection. While on the inside the works were concentrated above all on the consolidation of the floors and the perimeter stone walls of the attic floor, on the outside it was necessary to proceed with the restoration of the facades, demolishing the existing deteriorated plasters for large sections, and then rebuilding and painting them, through agreements with the Superintendency. The stone elements present around the fixtures have also been restored, restoring the access doors and replacing the windows with new larch frames and the tinsmiths with stainless steel elements.
